Reintroducing Airtym: What We’ve Built Since Our December 2025 Launch

In December 2025, we officially launched Airtym as an all-in-one virtual consultation platform for professionals who run online sessions with clients. Since then, we have used the holiday period to refine the product, ship meaningful updates, and strengthen the core experience based on early feedback.

This post is a brief reintroduction to Airtym and a look at what is new since launch.

Guest booking with no account required: Clients can now book sessions as guests. They do not need to create an Airtym account to book time with an expert or consultant. This removes unnecessary friction and improves conversion from booking link to confirmed meeting.

Built-in payment wallet: Airtym now includes a payment wallet that allows professionals to accept payments directly as part of the booking flow. Whether sessions are paid or free, payments are handled seamlessly inside the platform without external tools.

Improved built-in video calls: All consultations can be hosted using Airtym’s integrated HD video calls. There is no need for Zoom, Google Meet, or third-party links. Clients book, join, and meet in one place.

Smarter AI meeting insights: Every completed session can now generate AI-powered meeting summaries and action points. This helps professionals capture outcomes, improve continuity, and deliver more structured follow-ups.

Clearer pricing for real-world use: We refined our pricing to better reflect how professionals actually work. The Starter plan remains free with a simple commission model, while Pro offers predictable pricing with zero commission for professionals running consultations regularly.
