What Airtym does, what it costs, and how the money reaches you.
The general ones
Do I have to charge for my calls?
No. Payments are optional; booking, video, summaries, and client records work the same for free consultations.
Can I run group sessions or classes?
Yes. Group slots and classrooms carry the same one-link flow as your 1:1 calls.
What does the AI capture from my calls?
A summary and action points, written after the call and saved to that client's record.
What does Airtym cost?
Five plans: Starter is free with a 10% fee on paid calls, Lite is $9.99 a month with the same 10%, Pro is $19.99 a month with zero commission, Plus is $39.99 a month, and Teams is custom pricing. Billed monthly, Pro pays for itself once you take about $200 a month in paid calls on Starter, or $100 on Lite, and sooner if you pay yearly.

Airtym uses Stripe. Clients pay when they book, and you withdraw your earnings from your Airtym wallet to your bank.
How do I set up payouts for my earnings?
Click Withdraw in your wallet and you'll be given the option to set up payouts, which are handled by Stripe. If you choose the Individual / Sole proprietorship account type on Stripe, make sure you enter your first and last name. If you choose Company, Stripe will ask for more documents before your payouts are fully working.
What happens if a client doesn't show up?
You keep the payment. Clients pay when they book, so if they don't turn up, the money is still yours. If you miss the call, or join 10 minutes late, your client is refunded right after it.
How is Airtym different from Calendly?
Calendly schedules the meeting and hands the rest to your own video and payment tools. Airtym hosts the call and takes payment inside the same link the client books with.

No. Clients book, pay and join from your link, in the browser on their phone or computer. There's no account to create and nothing to download.
What happens to my existing scheduling links?
Airtym can't redirect them, so replace them: put your Airtym link on your website, in your email signature and on your social profiles. Appointments already booked through your old tool can run their course, or you can move them to Airtym.
